Junior Tennis

We have a wide range of activities for all ages, from beginners, right through to top Club level players.  The Junior section is run by the Junior Committee, which is currently made up of Russell Lawrence, Val Cording, Irene Pullar.
Parents of junior members are welcome to get involved on the Junior committee, as there are many more things the section can provide with parental support.

Our Head Coach, Russell Lawrence, and Val Cording offer a comprehensive coaching programme that caters for all standards throughout the year.  The Club has great outdoor tennis facilities and an atmosphere that encourages Junior members & parents to feel that they are a very important part of the Club. Rally Records, Challenge matches Social & competitive events & competitions.

Junior Coaching
Our structured coaching programme sees players starting to play tennis as young as five years old with Mini Tennis, and continuing on through to become senior members of the Club.  Coaching is available year round in groups, small squads and private lessons.  There is a full range of courses available for all levels and ages.
Weekly coaching groups are run for members to become good club level players, with special squads available for those aspiring to a higher level.  Some courses are open to all players, and some are by invitation only. Details are advertised.
Our regular courses run during the school term time and we also run Tennis Camps during the school holidays.
Please contact Russell for details.
We are always looking for opportunities to provide Coaching services to local schools, so if you think your Child's school would benefit & be interested in having Tennis on the curriculum, or as an after school Tennis Club, please contact Russell Lawrence.
